1. Acceptance of Tournament Terms
By registering a player, squad, or academy for the Rising Stars League (RSL) in Colombo, Sri Lanka, participating clubs, players, and parents agree to abide by these official Terms of Service and ICC Youth Playing Regulations.
2. Squad Age Limits & Player Eligibility
All players participating in the U17 tournament category must satisfy official age cutoffs. Teams submitting ineligible or over-age players face immediate squad forfeiture without refund. Passport or birth certificate verification is mandatory prior to fixture draw.
3. Weather Disruption & Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) Protocol
Matches impacted by rain or wet outfields in Colombo will be governed by standard DLS calculations. If a match is completely abandoned without a ball bowled, reserve day slots or fixture rescheduling will be arranged by the tournament technical committee.
4. Code of Conduct & Anti-Doping
RSL enforces zero-tolerance policies regarding unsportsmanlike behavior, umpire abuse, or anti-doping violations. All coaches, staff, and players are expected to uphold the spirit of cricket.
