Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and professional environment for all international youth cricketers in Colombo.
1. Staff & Coach Vetting
All Rising Stars League coaches, umpires, ground staff, drivers, and team liaisons undergo mandatory police background checks (DBS / Working With Children Checks / local police clearance) prior to appointment.
2. Hotel Supervision & Chaperones
Visiting academy squads stay on dedicated team hotel floors with 24/7 security monitoring. Each squad must assign designated team chaperones responsible for curfew adherence, room checks, and player wellbeing.
3. On-Site Medical & Emergency Standby
Every tournament venue in Colombo is staffed with a certified sports physician, qualified first-aid paramedics, and an emergency ambulance on standby during all warmups and match hours.
